Bedroom One
Bedroom one is a twin room with 2 single beds, side table, lamps, mirror, hair dryer, T.V. and remote, dressing table, built in wardrobe with hanging area and shelves.
Bedroom Two
Bedroom Two is the largest of the rooms with ample room for a cot (please ask if needed) It has a double bed, side tables, lamps, mirror, hair dryer, T.V. and remote, dressing table, wardrobes with hanging area and draws
Bedroom Three
Bedroom Three has a double bed, side tables, lamps, mirror, hair dryer, T.V. and remote, dressing table, built in wardrobes with hanging area and shelves
Upstairs Bathroom
Upstairs bathroom has w.c, wash basin with pull out step for children, mirrored wall cabinet, Shower, heated towel rail, underfloor heating, large bath
Downstairs Bathroom
Downstairs bathroom has w.c, wash basin, mirrored wall cabinet, Shower, heated towel rail
Kitchen /
The kitchen is at one end with plenty of cupboards and work top to be able to cook if the mood takes you.
With dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, range type cooker with hob, 2 ovens and grill, basic utensils, crockery and cooking equipment, bean to cup coffee machine, CD and radio player.
Breakfast Room
The breakfast room being at the other end with a large wooden table to seat 8 people
Lounge
The large Lounge has two seating areas with ample room to sit and relax. With large screen smart T.V, freeview, dvd and blue ray player, wood burner, wifi, a selection of dvd and blue ray disks, books on surround areas, double sofa bed and single pull out bed (please ask if needed to be made up)
Conservatory
Ample room to sit and enjoy the garden views whatever the weather
Outside
Enclosed stoned area leading up steps to a fish pond, paved area, wishing well and lawned area. BBQ and large table and chairs seating 8 people.

Laundry Room
The shared laundry room has ample space for drying outdoor clothing and boots. It has a washing machine, tumble dryer, Iron and Ironing board. As we know the weather can be unpredictable, so if it gets wet and muddy, you will find a hose opposite the laundry door for washing things off!
Disabled access
At Yew Tree Holiday Cottage we do our very best to provide accommodation suitable for all. We want you to have the most enjoyable and comfortable stay with us as possible so please get in touch
and let us know what you might need to make your stay more comfortable. The holiday cottage is an old building and has steps to the main door. At the back of the cottage there are patio doors which you can gain access over a stoned area. Once in the cottage the ground floor is all on one level there is a bathroom and sofa bed which can be made up. There are also steps leading to the garden area.
Children
We have stair gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, a pull out stand for the sink, high chair and cot with linen (please book this). There is a fish pond on the premises. Young children should be supervised.
